To prove

OB =OC

PROOF

AB = CD (Opposite sides of parallelogram is equal)

In OBE and △ OCD

BE. = CD ( Given)

∠OBE. = ∠ OCD ( Alternate Interior Angles)

∠ODC = ∠OEB (Alternate Interior Angles)

By ASA Congruency criterion

△OBE △ OCD

So OB = OC =BC/2 ( By CPCT)

PROVED that O IS THE MID POINT OF BC
