water is liquid at room temperature because at room temperature the water is found in a liquid state this is because of tiny double bonds of hydrogen which hold water tightly.
2nd when evaporation occur then liquid absorbs all the heat from the surrounding and take it we feel cool evaporation causes cooling because energy lost by the tiny particles.
I HOPE THIS HELP YOU

Hey buddy

Here is ur answer

2) At room temperature water has no shape but has a fixed volume i.e, it occupies the shape of the container in which it is kept. And at room temperature water flows easily.

3) When evaporation occurs then than the liquid (mostly water) absorb all the heat from the surroundings and take it with it and we feel cool. Evaporation vauses cooling effect becoz the heat energy is absorbed by surrounding particles.

Hope it helps u.
