1 mole of SO2=6.023×10^23 molecules

x = 3.011×10^23 molecules

x(6.023×10^23)=3.011×10^23

x=3.011×10^23/6.023×10^23

x=0.50 moles

Convert the number of moles into mass

moles=mass/molar mass

mass=moles×molar mass

molar mass of SO2 is=32+16×2

molar mass =32+32=64

mass=0.50×64=32g

in 1 mole of SO2=2×6.023×10^23 atoms of oxygen

0.5 moles = x

by cross multiplication

x=0.5(2×6.023×10^23)

x=6.023×10^23 atoms of oxygen

2)1 mole of ammonia=17g

0.5 moles of ammonia =x

by cross multiplication

0.5×17=x

8.5g of ammonia in 0.5 moles of ammonia

4)there are 7 moles in k2SO4
