    ten's digit is y
    so the number is 10y+x
    if we reverse the digits as
     unit digit is y
      ten digit is x
    then the number is 10x+y
given sum of these numbers is 121
so, 10y+x+10x+y = 121
       11x+11y = 121
       x+y = 11
so the linear equation is x+y-11 = 0

5. given unit digit is x
ten digit is y
number is 10y+x
if we reverse the digits then the number is 10x+y
given a number is 27 more than the number obtained by reversing the digits
so 10y+x = 27+10x+y
    9x-9y+27 = 0
    x-y+3 = 0
so the linear equation is x-y+3 = 0
