Ans1- : It is true that the Parliament is the final authority to make law in country

1- Parliament is an assembly of elected representative , who exercise supreme political authority on behalf of people.

2-Those who run the government can take decision only as long as they enjoy the support of the Parliament.

Ans2-: The role of the various institution working in India is:

1- To collect tax and maintain administration, defense and development programme.

2- To ensure security to the citizens and to provide facility and education for all

3- To formulate and implement certain development scheme

4- To settle the dispute and determine what is right and wrong

Ans3-: The Lok Sabha has certain power that make it more powerful than the Rajya Sabha . The Rajya Sabha has no power over such a motion and hence has no real power over the executive . This is because the Constitution of India has only made the union council of minister responsible to the Lok Sabha , not to the Rajya Sabha.

Ans4-: The executive organic exercise authority in and holding responsible for the government a state . The executive executes and enforces law....In such a system the executive does not pass law or interpret them.

Ans5:- Political executive are more powerful than the non political executive because they are selected by the people , they know more about people which is good where as non political executive are civil servant.
