Write down what you are for breakfast, lunch, and dinner yesterday. Then think about the individual food items in the meals and find out what nutrients are necessary for health and growth.

Example: you had cereal and milk for breakfast. The milk has calcium in it. Calcium is necessary for bone strength and growth.
