I think this picture tells that trees and all other animal species are going to be endangered and the environment is going to have a heavy lack of oxygen in the future.

1) The man is carrying oxygen cylinder because due to a less trees, the environment is also polluted and oxygen-less, so people have to carry oxygen cylinders.

2) Tigers, whales, etc are mentioned as a part of the museum.

3) The picture says, perhaps, that if we didn't stop cutting trees down and killing animals then the future is going to be worse.
