The body will move towards the right (8N side) because 8N > 6N more force more displacement towards that side. Hence the first part has been answered that is towards the direction of more force.

Now,

The mass of the body is 5kg.

The force would be 2N (resultant force 8N-6N)

By second law of motion,

F=ma

2N = 5kg*a

2N/5kg = a

a=0.4m s^-2
