hey there!!, here is you answer,

To find the area covered by the grass, we will have o find the area of the rhombus and the rectangle,

area of the rectangle is 125*50, which is 6250,

Area o rhombus is 480, using the formula

 \frac{p}{2} \sqrt{4 {a}^{2} } - {p}^{2}
where, a is the side and p is the diagnol.

The area of the grass is

6250-480

which is
5770m^2

The advantage is that, if we grow more flowers, grass, there will be habitat created for different animals, which in reverse balances the eco system, and continues the living orgnisms

hope my answer helps

fiercespartan: pleasure!
fiercespartan: well, we use that when the sides are different, and sometimes it doesn't work for rhombus, the formula is general formula and cannot be applied to one specific shape. The formula I have mentioned is practicaland will always work
fiercespartan: that was a good question
