We fall ill for many reasons.

It might be the change in weather, excessive stress or workload, unhealthy food habits and many more.  

But most importantly, these external factors harm us if our immunity system is not healthy.

To build a strong immunity system, one should eat healthily, sleep properly and take good care of them.
