1. For finding angle P

GIVEN ∆ABC~∆PQR

now, as triangles are similar

corresponding angles are congruent

so corresponding angle to P is angle A

so we will find A

for finding A in ∆ABC

AngleA + B +C =180°

A +90+53 = 180

A+ 143=180

A=180-143

A = 37

Angle A = angle P

so angle P = 37°

superbuddy: Then what about side PR
Jk15: as PQ is half of AB , PR is half of AC
Jk15: AC =5 so PR is 2.5
superbuddy: Thanks
Jk15: welcome
