(C) N to N(-)
Since N has fully half filled stable configuration so addition of an electron destabilises the stability. Therefore N to N(-) is endothermic.
P has also similar configuration like N but still addition of e to P to make P(-) is not as difficult as N due to the larger size of P.
Cl to Cl(-) is the easiest due to fully fulfilled. So energy released is the highest. C to C(-) leads to fully half filled, again a more stable phenomenon. So it's too is exothermic.
