Answer:

x = -2

Step-by-step explanation:

-2/3 < 1 + x/3 < 2/3 where x is an element of al Rational numbers.

1 + x/3 => (3+x)/3

First lets take -2/3 and (3+x)/3

=>-2/3 < (3+x)/3

= -6/3 < 3+x

= -2 < 3+x

= x>-5

Now, (3+x)/3 and 2/3

=> 3+x < 6/3

= 3+x < 2

= x < -1

Therefore,

-5<x<-1

=> x∈{-5,-1}

Bit confusing but I hope you get it..

Mathematics includes the study of such topics as quantity, structure, space, and change. It has no generally accepted definition. Mathematicians seek and use patterns to formulate new conjectures; they resolve the truth or falsity of such by mathematical proof. WikipediaMath is incredibly important in our lives and, without realizing it, we use mathematical concepts, as well as the skills we learn from doing math problems, every day. The laws of mathematics govern everything around us, and without a good understanding of them, one can encounter significant problems in life.
