Step-by-step explanation:

Inner Radius = Inner Diameter/ 2 = 2 cm

Outer Radius = Outer Diameter / 2 = 2.4 cm

Height of the pipe = 70 cm = h

(i) Inner Surface area of the Pipe

= 2πrh

= 2 * 22/7 * 2 * 70

= 880 cm²

(ii) Outer Surface area of the pipe

= 2πRh

= 2 * 22/7 * 2.4 * 70

= 1056 cm²

(iii) Total Surface Area:

Inner S.A + Outer S.A + 2 * Cross section Surface Area

= 880 + 1056 + 2π(R² - r²)

= 1936 + 2 * 22/7 * (2.4² - 2²)

= 1947.06 cm²

Hope it helps!

inner surface area= 2πrh

=2×22/7×4×70

=44×40

=1760cm^2

inner surface area=1760cm^2

outer surface area= 2πRh

=2×22/7×4.8×70

=44×48

=2112cm^2

outer surface area=2112cm^2

Total surface area= inner surface area+outer surface area+ area of 2bases

inner surface area=1760cm^2

outer surface area=2112cm^2

Area of two bases=2π(R^2-r^2)

=2×22/7(4.8^2-4^2)

=2×22/7{(4.8+4)×(4.8-4)}

=2×22/7×(8.8×0.4)

=2×22/7×3.52

=22.116cm^2

Total surface area= inner surface area+outer surface area+ area of 2bases

TSA=1760+2112+22.116

=3894.116cm^2
