The egg of the female is collected and placed in a test tube.Then the sperm cells of male is collected.Both the cells are let to fertilize in a disease free condition.Once the fertilization occurs and the zygote is formed, the zygote is placed inside the uterus of the female.

(d) Function of Corpus Luteum is to maintain pregnancy in females.

It secretes Progesterone hormone which is responsible for the development of Endometrium.

(e)Puberty is a phase of life when a male or a female becomes sexually mature.

In human females, first sign of puberty is breast development.

Nipples,Vagina,Vulva,etc become bigger and their hips widen and become rounder.Hair starts to grow on their pubic regions.
