here the problem is momentum related....
so equal the momentum of the tiger with the momentum of the bullets fired by the hunter
let the hunter fired n no. of bullets
therefore momentum of n no. of bullet is nx(40/1000)x150
and the momentum of the tiget is 60x12=720
now nx0.04x150=720
n= 120
