yeah true, because for development of a country first of all the people needs resource. without resource they can't able to do anything. Suppose today we are getting electricity by the help of hydro-power. in which water helps to generate electricity. same wind energy is also related to natural resources. due to wind the electricity get produced. today we developed by the help of lots of new vehicles but it runs on petrol . so in every field without natural resources we can't able to develop.
