First of all lets find the total Resultant Resistance Since, R2 , R3 , R4 are connected in parallel so 1/R= 1/R2 + 1/R3 + 1/R4 1/R = 1/1 +1/2 +1/3 1/R = 11/6 R = 6/11 Now this new R and R1 and R5 are connected in series So, Req = 6/11 + 2 +2 = 50/11 ohm Now, lets find the total current drawn by this resistance I = V/R = 9/(50/11) = 99/50 Ampere At last V at R1 = I × R1 = (99/50) × 2 = 3.96 volt V at R2 , R3 , and R4 will be same So, V = I R = (99/50)(6/11) = 1.08 volt V at R5 = I x R5 = (50/11) × 2 = 3.96 volt
