we have to find a7
and a7 = a + (7-1)d
a7 = a+ 6d.....(1)
n= 13 , S13 = 416
we know that
Sn = n/2 [ a + an]
Sn = n/2[ a+ a+ (n-1)d]
S13 = 13/2[ 2a+(13-1)d]
416 = 13/2[2a + 12d]
416 = (13/2)×2[a+6d]
416 = 13[a + 6d]
416/13 = a7 .....(from (1))
32 = a7
HENCE 7TH TERM IS a7 = 32
