Given, Base radius is 15cm
           Height is 32 cms
Volume of a cylinder = \pi r^2.h
= \pi (15)^2 . 32
= \pi 225 . 32
= \pi 7200 (Keep this as equation 1)

When recasted again, volume of old cylinder=volume of new one
 \pi 7200 =  \pi r^2 . h
 \pi 7200 = \pi (20)^2 . h
( \pi get cancelled)
=7200/400 = h
h=18cm
