The bulb will glow because dilute HCl has water dissolved in it so it dissociates into H+&Cl-ions as ions are present in the solution so current will pass through the solution and the bulb will glow

Therefore for this question the option is only (ii) is correct

C - Bulb will glow as NaOH is a strong base that dissociates completely in water to furnish OH and Nations. It is thus a strong electrolyte and conducts electricity through it. Strong acids and bases are good conductors of electricity.
