then distance travelled is magnitude of distance which is

5 + 10 m

= 15 m is distance travelled

because distance is a scalar quantity...


then

it moves at right angle

By Pythagoras theorem

s^2 = 5 ^2+10^2
s^2 = 25+100
s^2 =. 125

s = √125
s = 11.8

Displacement = 11.8m

because Displacement Is a vector quantity
