Answer:

Wake up in a small hut made of sticks and twine and shared with family, douse the fire, pack up tools and equipment, start walking (possibly on a breakfast of berries or something not very substantial), nap a couple of times and stop once or twice to eat on the journey, find a new camp, start a fire, set up a house, cook something, knap some tools and tell stories, go to sleep.

Late Palaeolithic? Wake up, feel very cold, dress in something to ward off the cold, complain to your partner about the cold, shiver as you cook an insubstantial breakfast of something hot, tie your shoes to your feet, start walking (south, always south, possibly towards where you’ve heard from other groups that there are mammoth), sing songs on the way to keep your spirits up, ignore the frostbite, eat a rabbit or something for lunch (lots of meat because the fat will keep you warm; so little vegetation around these parts), reach the next place, start a fire, set the house up, knap a bit, tell stories, go to sleep.

Mesolithic? Wake up, put on some clothes, go out of your front door, eat some leftovers from the night before, go out with the spears, catch a roe deer for the week’s eating, return to a decent breakfast of summery greens and some fish, tell stories about the hunt, listen to the elder’s complaints about how you got it all wrong, do some whittling or knapping, make fishing nets or ropes or clothes or items of trade, eat another meal, tell stories, go to sleep.

Neolithic? Wake up at the crack of dawn, dress, grind flour on the quern stone, bake the daily bread, feed the animals, porridge for breakfast, harness the oxen, plough the fields, unharness the oxen, plant next year’s grain crop, water the seeds and the other plants, weed, eat the midday meal (probably bread and cheese), back to work, tend the animals, see to the children, fix the house, sweep the floor, stew for supper and to bed.
