Answer:

(i) 30° + 90° + (K - 15°) + (K + 150°) = 360°

120° + K - 15° + K + 150° = 360°

120° - 15° + 150° + K + K = 360°

105° + 150° + 2K = 360°

255° + 2K = 360°

2K = 360° - 255°

2K = 105°

K = 105° ÷ 2

K = 52.5

(ii) 42° + K + 2K + 3K = 360°

42° + 6K = 360°

6K = 360° - 42°

6K = 318°

K = 318 ÷ 6

K = 53

Hope it helps

Answer:

(i) 52.5  (ii) 53°

Step-by-step explanation:

(i)  from the given figure,

   => 90°+30°+(k-15°)+k+150° = 360°

   => 270°-15° + 2k = 360°

   => 255° +2k = 360°

  => 2k = 360°-255°

  => 2k = 105°

  => k = 105°/2  = 52.5

(ii)  from the given figure,

   => k+2k+3k+42° = 360°

   => 6k = 360°-42°

   => 6k = 318°

   => k = 318°/6

   => k = 53°
