it's easy ...
•°•<AOC=130°{given )_______1)
and <AOB=180° (from linear pair )-----2)
now. ..<AOC+<BOC=<AOB {we can write }
(given } and from 1 and 2 we get .
130°+<BOC=180°
<BOC=50°
<BOC=2×<BDC(According to this theorem )
[•°•the angle substances by an arc at the centre is twice the angle subtended on the remaining part of the circle ]
So. BOC=x°=50°/2=25 °
