$\sqrt{7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7........ \infty } } } } \\ \\ let \: \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7.... \infty } } } } = x \\ \\ squaring \: both \: sides \\ \\ 7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7 \sqrt{7......} } } = x ^{2} \\ \\ 7x = x ^{2}$

Now

x^2 - 7x = 0

x ( x - 7 ) = 0

x = 0 or x = 7
