Hence, Area, A = (x+9)(x)

if both increased by 3 cm

then, l' = x + 12 and b' = x+3

We are given, (x+12)(x+3) = (x+9)(x) + 84

solving above Eqn. x = 8

Hence, Length = 17 cm and breadth = 9 cm
