Answer: c. CH≡CH + HCl + Hg²⁺

Explanation: Option a. will form vic-dihallide and option b. is of beta elimination reaction in which there are two Cl. Thus, Option c. is left in which ethyne is reacted with HCl in the precense of Hg²⁺ and forms CH₂=CH-Cl.
