Area on semi circle = 1/2 πr2
= 1/2×22/7×7×7
=11×7
=77cm2
now area of triangle =1/2×b×h
=1/2×14×7
=49cm2
area of shaded region =77-49=28cm2
area of small circle = πr2
= 22/7×7×7 =154cm2
Total shaded region =28+154=182cm2
