Given Length of room = 15m.

Given width of carpet = 75cm = 75/100

                                                   = 3/4m.

Given the cost of carpet per meter = 80 rupees.

Given that total cost of carpeting = 19200.

Therefore the length of carpet = 19200/80

                                                    = 240m.

We know that Area = Length * Breadth

                                  = 240 * 3/5

                                  = 180m^2

Now,

Width of the room = 180/15

                                 = 12m.

Therefore the width of the room = 12m.

Hope this helps!
