Then the length of rectangular hall will be (2x + 3 ) metre.
Perimeter of rectangular Hall = 66
=> 2(length + breadth)= 66
=> length + breadth = 66/2
=> 2x+3 + x = 33
=> 3x = 33-3
=> 3x = 30
=> x = 30/3
=> x = 10

Hence, breadth of the rectangular hall is 10 m and length of the rectangular Hall is 23 m.
