According to the chapter " A Shady Plot", Helen, the ghost planned to go for a strike because as so many people were crazy about Ouija boards and were using them so the ghosts were kept on their toes i.e. they were made to work for long hours and thus they felt tired and wanted to rest so Helen plan to go for a strike..........
