Nerve impulse is transmitted from one neuron to another through junctions called synapse.A synapse is formed by the membranes of a pre-synaptic neuron and a post-synaptic neuron, which may or may not be separated by a gap called synaptic cleft.

As per your question, the nerve impulses cannot travel from junctions(B) to  neuron(A) because neurons only have neurotransmitters storage vesicles going one way and receptors in one place. So, the nerve impulses do not travel in opposite direction. They always travel in one direction that is A(neuron) to B(junctions).
