 \frac{x}{2}  -  \frac{y}{3}  =  \frac{1}{6}  + y \\  \\  \frac{x}{2} -  \frac{y}{3}   - y -  \frac{1}{6}  = 0 \\  \\  \frac{3x - 2y - 6y - 1}{6}  = 0 \\  \\ 3x - 8y - 1 = 0
