base area of flower pot =x²+6x+9
=x²+3x+3x+9
=x(x+3)+3(x+3)
=(x+3)(x+3)
now area of rectangular lane =(x+3)(7x+21)
=(x+3)(7)(x+3)
no of pots placed =area of rectangular lane/base area of pot
=(x+3)(7)(x+3)/(x+3)(x+3)
=7 pots
