 \bold { \red{EXPLANATION}}

GIVEN:

Rs 300 coins in denomination of Rs 1 ,Rs 2 ,Rs 5

Total no of coins = 160

TO FIND:

Coins of each denomination ie Rs 1 ,Rs 2 ,Rs 5

SOLUTION:

Let  \: number  \: of  \: Rs \: 5  \: coins \:  be  \: x \\Number \:  of \:   \: Rs  \: 2  \: coins  \:  \\ =3× Number \:  of  \: 5 \:  Rs \:  coins \:  \\  =3x  \\ Number \:  of  \: Re \: 1  \: coins  \\ =160−(x+3x)\\=160−4x

Amount \:  of  \: Rs \: 5  \: coins \\=5×x \\=5x\\ Amount \:  of  \: Rs \: 2  \: coins  \\=2×3x \\ =Rs \: 6x\\ Amount \:  of  \: Re \: 1  \: coins  \\ =(160−4×x)\\=160−4x

Now,

As \:  per \:  the  \: question,  \: Total \:  amount =Rs300 \\ 160−4x+5x+6x=300\\ 7x=300−160\\7x  = 140 \\ x =  \frac{140}{7}  \\  \therefore \: x = 20

Number \: of \:  Rs \: 1  \: coins  \: is \: 160−4x \\ =160−4×20\\=80\\ Number \:  of  \: Rs \: 2 \:  coins  is \: 3x \\=3×20 \\=60\\ Number \:  of \:  Rs \: 5  \: coins \: is \: x \\  \therefore \: x=20

Therefore,

Number of 1 Rs coin = 80

Number of 2 Rs coin = 60

Number of 5 Rs coin = 20
