pls Can anyone pls ans this ques. to make a rectangular lawn in front of the school they spent rs. x^4-7^x^2+12 at the rate of x^2-3 per square metre . what is the area of the lawn? what are it's dimensions?? pls ans this ques

Area = money spent / rate of cost
= x^4 -7x^2 + 12 / x^2 - 3
= x^2 -4

Dimensions = ( x+2 ) (x - 2 )
