Subject: Complain about in Your hotel ( underlin it )

I am writing to appraise you with the problems i faced during my stay in you hotel and it was quite disappointing. I stayed in your Fortune Hotel which is in Azamgarh sector36-c during my business trip. My stay was of one week from 1 April to 10 April.

During my stay faced several problems. Firstly, When i entered the room i switched on air-conditioner as it was quite hot i realized that it was not cooling at all and there was no proper cleaning of the room . I immediately made call to reception regarding this problem and request them to shift me to another room. But they told me that there is no vacant room at the moment. I had to suffer for days without shower and it make me quite irritating. Another problem i faced is the quality and standard of food which i think was not up to mark. I think i was even served stale , low quality food and it is served cooled because of which i experienced frequent stomach upset issues.

I think you should hire permanent technician which keeps a regular checking of electronic appliances so that guest that choose your hotel to stay will not have to suffer and take a positive experience about you hospitality and services. Also there is need to inspection at regular intervals of food quality items and staff is following guidelines properly while making food so that people get maximum out of the money which they are paying. I think I am also entitled to get refund for the inconvenience i faced.
