Option B is correct!

To find the direction of current, it is simply based on the right hand's thumb rule or the right hand screw rule.

•The right hand thumb rule states:

If thumb of the right hand points along direction of current, then the remaining curled, fingers of same hand gives the direction of the magnetic field due to the current.

Here, vice-versa is also true. In this question, if you curl your fingers of right hand in a way shown in figure, you right thumb will point to the direction if flow if current.

•The right-hand screw rule states:

If a right-hand cork screw is assumed to be held along the conductor, and screw is rotated such that it moves in the direction of the current, direction of the magnetic field is the same as that of the rotation of the screw.
