(x-1)(x³+x²-2x)
= x⁴+x³-2x²-x³-x²+2x
= x⁴+0x³-3x²+2x
= x⁴+ax³+bx²+cx

On comparing the coefficients,
a = 0
b = -3
c = 2
so,

[[a+b-c = 0+(-3)-(2) = -5]]

HOPE YOU GOT HELP FROM MY ANSWER, FRIEND.

given,
(x-1)(x³-x²-2x)
= x(x^3 - x^2 - 2x) -1(x^3 - x^2 - 2x)
= x^4 - x^3 - 2x^2 -x^3 + x^2 + 2x
= x^4 - 2x^3 - x^2 +2x
now compare it with given R.H.S.
x^4 - 2x^3 -x^2 +2x = x^4 + ax^3 +bx^2 +cx
⇒a= -2
⇒b= -1
⇒c= 2
 ∴ a+b-c = -2 + (-1) - 2 = -5
