First..fuse is always connected to live wire not neutral wire
2 nd ..earth wire is always connected to appliances.. and in given figure ..switch is mentioned in earth wire which is totally incorrect

Errors
i) fuse is connected to neutral wire. It must be connected ti live wire.
ii)Bulb 2 is not connected to earth wire. It must be connected to neutral wire.
