(a) this phenomenon is known as TRANSPIRATION ( the process of loss of water from the surface of the leaf)

(b) the transparent bag is clear to see on both the sides. And also we can easily see the water droplets which was formed on the bag as the output

(c) if it was set up in the room instead of sun light nothing will happen. there would be no transpiration process. no droplets will be formed.
