Here is ur answer,

pqr = 1. So, consider

p = -1 , q = 1 & r = -1.

Then,

 =  >  \frac{1}{1 + p +  {q}^{ - 1} }  +  \frac{1}{1 + q +  {r}^{ - 1} }  +  \frac{1}{1 + r +  {p}^{ - 1} }

 =  >  \frac{1}{1 - 1 + 1}  +  \frac{1}{1 + 1 - 1}  +  \frac{1}{1 - 1 - 1}

=> 2 -1

=> 1.

Option A is 0. So, it is wrong

Option B is pq = -1 . So, it is wrong.

So, Option C is correct.
