What is being said in the last stanza of the aforementioned poem is-
that he (Masefield) is going return home ie. westwards walking the path of truth(mentioned in the poem as the white road) where there is green cool grass, violets, warm hearts and the sweet melody of the thrushes' to rest his heart and head.
