here....

actual height from which the man starts to move through lift above the ground will be 50

speed of lift=1m/s

since it have to reach second floor of the basement,

total distance it have to travel=50+height of top two basement=50+5×2=60m

now,we get

speed of lift ,with which man moves=1m/s,,which is constant,so acceleration will be zero

distance=60m

time=distance/speed

time=60/1=60s

In,60s man will reach to the second floor of the basement
