 {\huge {\mathfrak {Answer :-}}}

⚠️ We have,

 {} = x^2 + 2 \sqrt {3} x - 24

 {} = x^2 + 4 \sqrt {3} x - 2 \sqrt {3} x - 24

 {} = x( x + 4 \sqrt {3} ) - 2 \sqrt {3} (x + 4 \sqrt {3})

 {} = (x + 4 \sqrt {3}) (x - 2 \sqrt {3})
