1/√2+ √3 is to be multiplied by the conjugate of the denominator ie √2 - √3 to both numerator and the denominator

=> (√2 - √3)/ (√2 + √3)(√2 - √3)

=> (√2 - √3)/2 - 3

=> (√2 - √3 )/-1

=> -(√2 - √3 )

,=> √3 - √2
