Solution

volume of the sphere of radius 3.5 cm

 =  (\frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 3.5 {}^{3} )cm {}^{3}  \\  =  \frac{539}{3} cm {}^{3}

now mass of the sphere is

=volume×density

 =(  \frac{539}{3}  \times 2)gm \\  =  \frac{1078}{3} gm

now from the second law of motion

f = ma =  (\frac{1078}{3}  \times 1.5)dyne = 539 \: dyne
