( { \frac{3}{4} })^{(x + 1 + 2x)}  =  ({ \frac{3}{4} })^{ - 4x  + 8}

( { \frac{3}{4} })^{3x + 1}  =  ({ \frac{3}{4} })^{ - 4x + 8}

comparing \: the \: powers

3x + 1 =  - 4x + 8

7x = 7

x  = \frac{7}{7}

x = 1
