amount of work done is given by FS.Cos Theta.

So work done=(5×-9.8)N×10m×cos 30°=-490×√3/2=-245√3Nm=-245√3J.

potential energy is given by mgh where m is mass, g is acceleration due to gravity and h is height upto which the body is lifted.

so potential energy=5×-9.8×10Nm=-490J.

Please note that in both case work is done with respect to gravity and in both cases work done is negative.
